Announcement

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the school library at Thomas Bennett Community College, we are seeking help to update our collection of reading books. We have fantastic plans for a new library space that will seek to encourage children to read independently and enjoy using the facility both inside and outside of lessons.

We have created a ‘book wish list’ on Amazon and are asking for help from members of the local community and stakeholders of the school to obtain as many books as possible. We would like to ask you for a generous donation of either any second-hand books you have (in good condition) or, for you to purchase one or more books on our wish list to be delivered to the school.

As we seek to enhance all aspects of our pupils’ school experience, we really value the library space and hope to make it an integral part of our students’ school life. Please donate generously and visit the school website should you wish to find out more about our plans.
