Degree Apprenticeships with Morrisons
We’ll make you into a brilliant manager - You’ll make Morrisons.
Now you don’t have to choose between starting your career or studying towards a degree. At Morrisons, we are giving hard-working school and college leavers the chance to have the best of both worlds.
Delivered in partnership with the University of Bradford and Sheffield Hallam University, you can now work towards a BSc (Hons) Management and Business Degree or, on the Retail programme, towards a BA (Hons) Retail Leadership Integrated Degree, while preparing for a brilliant management career within our unique food retail business.
Not only do we pay all your course fees for you, but you also get to work and earn a salary (£18,500 plus benefits) while you’re studying – so money is never a concern.

• Logistics Degree Apprenticeship
LOGISTICS: As part of our Logistics scheme, you will be based in our 6 logistics sites based around the UK for the duration of your scheme There may be potential that you will need to relocate to live near one of our sites. You will be in our warehouses ensuring we keep our logistics operations moving. You will be supporting moving millions of our products from our distribution centres to our stores. You will have early responsibility as a team manager and build your way up to a shift manager in our warehouses. You will learn about different logistics equipment, processes and technologies. We would just like to remind you that on this scheme that you will be required to be flexible and work shift patterns.

• Manufacturing Degree Apprenticeship
MANUFACTURING: As part of our manufacturing scheme, you will be based in our 12 manufacturing sites based around the UK for the duration of your scheme There may be potential that you will need to relocate to live near one of our sites. You will start working on the production lines and build you way into leading our production teams. You will learn about different manufacturing equipment, processes and technologies. We would just like to remind you that on this scheme that you will be required to be flexible and work shift patterns.

What you’ll need to join us
We’re looking for resilience, determination and good leadership skills, along with the flexibility to meet the changing needs of our business. You’ll also need a minimum of 104 UCAS points (based on the new UCAS tariff or 260 based on the old tariffs).

Continental - Software Engineer Degree Apprentice
As an apprentice, you will contribute to the delivery of state-of-the-art software tools, especially PC based simulation tools to support in-car electronic control unit development, while gaining valuable industrial experience in a vibrant and multinational team. The role sits within the Systems team here at our Continental site near Brighton. The site includes approximately 90 highly skilled and internationally diverse scientists, engineers and computer vision experts. Click here for more information.
