The NHS are now recruiting for two Apprentice Governance Support Clerks. 

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, busy and professional team with responsibility for providing an efficient clerical service for the Risk & Governance Manager and the Clinical Audit Facilitators in the Medical Division of East Surrey Hospital. This is initially a fixed term contract for one year. Upon completion apprentices will be supported to secure a permanent role with the Trust.

Royal Navy Rating. Ratings are highly trained personnel, who play a vital role in essential operations all over the world. They work in some of the UK’s biggest warships, on submarines tackling covert missions, or with on high tech aircraft.


Salary of at least £14,637 as soon as starting training. Earn over £18,000 after specialist training, rising to a potential of over £48,000 as career progresses.  Opportunity to earn additional specialist pay, depending on chosen branch.  Study for GCSEs, A-Levels, NVQs or a degree, all paid for. Logistics Officer. Logistics is the backbone of the Royal Navy; Logistics Officers are its leaders. The role involves sustaining over 35,000 men and women across the world, every day, making sure they have what they need, when they need it. That means everything from bullets and bed linen, to fuel and food.

Gain specialist vocational qualifications as your career develops, for example, membership to the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, the Institute of Administrative Management and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  A starting salary of over £25,000, rising to approximately £32,000 after two years. An excellent pension scheme. Six weeks paid holiday every year. Free medical and dental care.


Royal Marines. for the first time in over 350 years, both men and women can now earn the coveted Green Beret as a fully-fledged Royal Marines Commando. Marines start their career taking on the toughest challenges, in some of the most extreme conditions on the planet. Working all over the world. From landing on remote beaches, to navigating swamps in hostile territory.

Salary of at least £14,784 as soon as you start, rising to £18,000 as soon as you earn your Green Beret. If  training to be an Officer, starting salary of £25,000. Potential to earn additional pay as a specialist. Study for GCSEs, A-Levels, NVQs or a degree, with funding. Gain specialist, internationally recognised qualifications. Six weeks paid holiday every year. Free medical and dental care. Subsidised travel and accommodation. Excellent pension scheme. Adventurous training. Travel the world.
