Assistant Headteacher - KS4 Raising Standards

As an excellent leader and classroom teacher, with a track record of improving outcomes, you will have impressive analytical skills that mean you can identify capacity for progress and work with other leaders to create data led high-impact strategy that raises standards and accelerates students’ progress to enable them to achieve beyond expectation.

You will have an outward facing, active approach to your role and responsibilities and, as an excellent communicator, you will be confident working with staff, students and families in prioritising the planning and attention to detail that engineers success across the key stage so that students are ready for their ambitious Post-16 routes.

You will be excited by the prospect of ensuring we offer every opportunity possible for students and staff to be highly successful, including engaging with local and regional providers to create bespoke curriculum experiences.  

The length of your previous experience as a leader is less important to us than your clear vision on what can be achieved for our students, your understanding of high standards and your ability to motivate and inspire. You will know how to communicate the senior team’s ambition.
