Sports Day 2017

Thomas Bennett Sports Day yet again delivered another fantastic day of competition and rivalry.  Hepburn house were crowned champions closely followed by Wallis in second place, Parker third and Roberts fourth. Outstanding performances came from Mama Camara and Kieran Ashley both from year 10 receiving the Victrix and Victor Ludorum trophies. Both students won all their events in impressive style. Christiano Louis (year 7) was the only record breaker of the day in the HJ jumping 1.32m beating the previous record of 1.26m.

Other notable performances came from Jay Watkins winning all of his events, Eleanor Keegan who showed impressive stamina winning the 800m and the Lambert brothers Jack and Daniel who won all of their events. Jette Tabot also had a successful day winning the 100m, HJ and shot putt.
